"Not recommended for" is something ASRock added to prevent needless updates. There
was a trend where AM4 users would update to every new BIOS version expecting improvements.
This resulted in an excessive amount of bad flashes and board returns that were a
massive inconvenience to users. Unless the update explicitly states support for
a CPU generation was removed it will work just fine.

hello my breathen of x370_taichi.....

it crash because CLDO_VDDP voltage not enough for XMP, I highly suspect.....
this is the 100% root cause for sure if you are indeed running XMP.

by the way, you are highly URGE to upgrade the bios to the highest available, because AMD took 4 long years (from 2017 to late 2020 or early 2021) to find out the best voltageseseses for XMP

not to mention the various security updates in new bios version also good to have.

I meticulously keep record and found out below combination is the neccesary manual settings to run 100% stable with corsair CMK32GX4M2B3000C15,
CLDO_VDDP 1.0v
VDDG_IOD 1.1v
VDDG_CCD 1.1v
tCL +2
tRAS +2 or something
tRC +2 or something
can't remember all on top my head suddenly got to refer my logs back home, hahahaha.

I've written alot alot about this in this forum, sorry can't repeat them always, I'm sure the mods are bored to seeing my say these again, hence please search old posts and you will find many answers. For the past 7 month my pc keep crashing randomly without giving a notice first (there is no BSOD) I checked the event log showing kernel-power 41 (63). Earlier this month I try to set the offset voltage to -0.05V this seems work but only for a while the random crash rarely happen. But when it happens sometimes the BIOS setting reset to default. Does anyone know what happen to this PC is it the MOBO fault, PSU, or something?

Also I already install new window on new storage and this problem still happening

PC Spec:
CPU: Ryzen 1700
VGA: GTX1050Ti
MOBO: Asrock x370 Taichi (Current BIO 5.60) done all the notes requirement
PSU: ANTEC Neo Eco II 650W 80+ Bronze
