We told you the CPUTIN reading is from an unused sensor on the board, being read by the monitoring program you use. But you seem to ignore anything we try to tell you.

Why did you buy this board first, and then ask about how good it is for over clocking?

Intel has strict rules about which boards can be used for over clocking. AMD does not. They assume the user knows better, I guess.

I hope you have a good CPU cooler, and your PC case has at least one fan cooling the VRM heat sink.

Since it looks exactly like the ones used on the 970 Performance, I highly recommend another (higher priced) board, where the MOSFET heat sink is better. Using it with the 220W TDP FX-9000 (with no "further" OC) is not going to work, without special cooling solutions.
