Over the past months my PC has been crashing at seemingly random points, especially whilst playing games. I read somewhere that it might be a good idea to update my BIOS - so I did. I updated by BIOS with the latest version - 3.10 - from https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B550M-ITXac/index.asp#BIOS

I followed the instructions on https://www.asrock.com/support/BIOSIG.asp?cat=BIOS11

Now my PC won't boot. It gets stuck in a boot loop, then send me to the Recovery page.

My motherboard model is B550M-ITX/ac and the previous BIOS version was 1.60 ("American Megatrends Inc. P1.60, 04/03/2021" according to msinfo). How do I rescue my PC from this situation?
