Any BIOS released after the Ryzen 3000 series won't provide any performance increase
for first gen CPUs. Typically, if you are not experiencing any issues, it's not
advisable to update. That said, the latest updates will still work with first gen
CPUs.
It's just a risk (bad flashes happen) I wouldn't want to take unless I were upgrading
