I have the same problem as many ASRock users from a day to another LEDs are stopped working as they should

What ahhapened:
- I did shut down my PC at night and went to sleep. At the morning i saw that the LEDs are still remains ON

What i did:
- I did try reboot
- I try to set LEDs in BIOS
- I uninstalled ASRRGB application
- I installed ASRRGB application (latest)
- I did a flash
None of them solved the problem

Sympthome:
- Doesn't mind what theme i select the LEDs living their own life. However their frequency is changing
- Worst of All: LEDs still remains even the PC is shutted down IHAVE TO DISCONNECT FROM THE WALL SOCKET EVERY TIME

Very frustrating

Any hope to solve my problem?
