    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=28414">ubiquity</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 26939<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 29 Oct 2023 at 9:19pm<br /><br />Wondering if anyone had some advice.<br /><br />New build (windows 11).<br />7800X3D, B650E Taichi Lite, 3090FE.<br /><br />Got the G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO EXPO ram, 2 x 32GB of F5-6000J3040G32GX2-TZ5NR, based on listed compatability on pcpartpicker.<br /><br />After setting up, however, I have an incrediably unstable system.<br />Running currently at standard rates (2400 rather than 3000), which is way more stable than EXPO 3000, but still randomnly crashes and resets bios.<br /><br />Have also tested a single DIMM and run extensive memtest86 - nothing fundamentally wrong with the RAM itself, but its still crashing. <br /><br />Updated to newest bios, but since the RAM is not listed as tested by ASRock, I am guessing this is a compatability issue.<br /><br />Thinking of mayble trying to manually set the CAS rates and speed to match another module that was tested, but maybe I am better to try and find a different set of DIMMS :(<br /><br />Any advice gladly received,<br />Thanks,<br />Rich.]]>
