Thanks. Newegg wanted the board and box back for replacement so I used your link and just received a replacement I/O shield from ASRock which was much easier. Kudos to ASRock for this one!

The IO shield should be present, if it is missing then it was likely removed by
the place of purchase, possibly during testing or BIOS updating. Reach out to them
and inquire.

If they don't help you then you can try open a support ticket with ASRock:

I have just purchased an ASRock X570 Creator MB. It seems that the I/O shield is no longer included with this MB. I did see a review where it was included so I know it has existed. Is the I/O Shield for this MB still available? Thank you for any help in this matter.
