Update bios to 1.30.AS05 [Beta] version and was able to get inside the bios.

I bought an ASRock B650M-HDV/M motherboard.2 and ryzen 7500f processor and G.Skill DDR5 24 GB RAM x2.
When I try to enter the bios, I get a black screen.
Initially, there was a bios version 1.21, updated to 1.28 via flashback button
But the behavior has not changed, the screen is still black. Capslock and numlock respond to pressing.
Video card - RTX 3060
