Looks like TRX40 Creator boot issues can be memory related, try testing sticks one by one and check BIOS settings with for more hints

Hello Guys,

I'm built this pc around 3 years

MB TRX40 creator
CPU AMD Ryzen ThreadRipper TRX4 3970X 3.70GHz TRX4
RAM HX432C16PB3K4/128 x2
SSD SAMSUNG 2TB 860 EVO SATA 3 2.5" MZ-76E2T0B x4
VGA INNO3D N1030-1SDV-E5BL GeForce GT 1030 2GB GDDR5 0dB PCIE
PS Chieftronic GPX-750FC

But now its starting boot very hardly and slowly, freezing the PC, etc.
