    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=28489">BruceG</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 26993<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 18 Nov 2023 at 1:42am<br /><br />Hi <br /><br />MB: 370 Fatal1ty Gaming4 <br />BIOS: 7.3 - upgraded successfully from 3.5.<br />RAM: 16GB DDR4 2133<br />CPU: Ryzen 1700 - trying to upgrade to Ryzen 5 5600<br /><br />Stable system, on V3.5 BIOS. <br />Updated BIOS through to 7.3. All files available, took the highest one offered each time. <br />Set defaults on BIOS. <br />Installed new CPU. Failed to POST. <br />Checked web, found advice to turn off fTPM. <br />Re,installed Ryzen 1700. Boot into Windows 10 successful. <br />Turned off fTPM. <br />Boot successful. <br />Changed CPU to Ryzen 5 5600 (New boxed) <br />Get loop - with CMOS Debug flashes codes:33, 43, 7A, 60, 66 (power cycles after 66 code)<br />Pressed the CMOS reset button. No improvement. <br />Any advice gladly received. ]]>
