Just bought a new ASRock z790 PG Sonic motherboard and got everything attached and went to turn it on, boots to bios just fine and everything seems normal. Except when I try to go to advance settings or do almost anything in Bios screen than it goes static and see freezes. Tried multiple tips from online, like unplug everything except essentials and tried one RAM chip at a time. removed all cords that had hard drives and removed SSD. Although changing graphics cards changed the issue from static to just freezing. I suspect my 750w power supply might not be able to handle this motherboard?
