Nevermind...

I think I got it working...

Took a bit of tinkering on the Razer end of things.

I have an ASrock B650E Riptide PG Wifi.

I am using the ASRock Polychrome software. It has a tab to sync it with my Razer Chroma.

In my Razer synapse Software, it has a tab to link it with my ASrock PolyChrome.

I have both checked to sync together; the Razer Synapse syncs without issue.

The ASROCK software, however says that it can not find the Razer Software to sync to...

So nothing works.
