I have a brand new ASRock Steel Legend, with 2 brand new 16GB Kingston 3600Mhz Cl16 RAM, 1 brand new Kingston NVMe 1TB, a brand new RX 7800 XT and an used Ryzen 7 3700X.

The problem is that it takes about twenty seconds to turn on the video. This is normal?

I suspect that the problem is the CPU, as it cannot support the RAM at 3600Mhz speed. I get occasionally blue screen "memory management".
