Is this a new build, never started before now?

Sounds like the power supply might not be working or is not connected to the board correctly. What PSU are you using?

Are both the 24 pin and 4/8 pin CPU ATX power cables from the PSU connected to the board?

Your illuminated keyboard will probably not light up until after the board is started up for the first time.

Zero specs besides the mother board...
