If the PC was shuted down or sent to sleep and I re-power or wake up the PC immediately (before the fans fully stop) then the restart/waking up fails. The fans start to re-spin again just to stop in a couple of seconds, the power leds and the RGB leds on the videocard are on and sometimes the DRAM debug led on the the MOBO is on too, sometimes its off.

If this happens i have to press power button for 4 sec to turn PC off to be able to restart. I never ever had this issue before. Its like you have to wait for the fans to fully stop to be able to restart/wake up the rig.

I tried with all the BIOS versions available and got the same results.
