At this point it is likely that they are unable to help you. Usually this is because
of licensing restrictions imposed by the vendor (intel in this case). Violating
these terms could cause a manufacturer to lose the right to make boards for said
vendor.

You can try checking out custom BIOS forums and see if someone can help you there.

You will need to open a support ticket with ASRock. I would wait until after the
Chinese Holiday period is over to submit one though:
