if you scroll down to bios 3.0/3.20 there is this note:
*If you use Pinnacle Ridge or Picasso, please refer to the "Steps to Update Renoir/ Ryzen??5000 Supported BIOS" to update the BIOS.

i believe this mainboard has dual bios in one chip, meaning you dint upgrade your bios version for ryzen 5000
ryzen 3000 needs to be installed in order to upgrade your bios to support 5000 cpu

Good day, good day. Nothing helps, (I stood for an hour). I took out the CMOS battery, changed the RAM. The video card is discrete. Everything works on the other B550 board. It could simply be a RAM training issue. Install a single stick of RAM in slot A2,
clear CMOS then power on the system and leave it on for ~10mins. Sometimes the first
POST can take quite a while when swapping out CPUs, particularly to newer architecture.

Also, just to be sure, you are using a dedicated GPU with the system yes? The
