Yes, one of the 1st stage of installation its the question to me to choice a driver for cd/dvd. Installing W7 x64.

Now I know what the problem is, installing Windows 7 on a Skylake system.

The problem is Skylake boards, like a Z170 Extreme4, require a USB 3.0 driver to be available from the OS installer, or NONE of the USB ports will work.

That is true for a Skylake board from ANY and ALL mother board manufactures. Intel's design of the Skylake chipsets is the cause of this problem.

Windows 7 does not have a USB 3.0 driver included with it, and the Win 7 installer is asking for a USB 3.0 driver. The installer program is not smart enough to tell us this, all it knows is it needs a driver, since you are using a USB flash drive to install Windows 7. Since the USB ports will not work, it wants you to use an optical drive.

ASRock knows about this situation, which is described in your board's manual.

ASRock also provides a couple ways to deal with this situation. The following is from your board's manual:

Enabling USB Ports for Windows® 7 Installation

Intel® Braswell and Skylake has removed their support for the Enhanced Host
Controller Interface (EHCI - USB2.0) and only kept the extensible Host Controller
Interface (XHCI - USB3.0). Due to that fact that XHCI is not included in the
Windows 7 inbox drivers, users may find it difficult to install Windows 7 operating
system because the USB ports on their motherboard won't work. In order for the
USB ports to function properly, please create a Windows® 7 installation disk with
the Intel® USB 3.0 extensible Host Controller (xHCI) drivers packed into the ISO file.
Requirements

A Windows® 7 installation disk or USB drive

USB 3.0 drivers (included in the ASRock Support CD or website)

A Windows® PC
 
Win7 USB Patcher (included in the ASRock Support CD or website)

Scenarios

You have an ODD and PS/2 ports:
If there is an optical disc drive, PS/2 ports and PS/2 Keyboard or mouse on your computer,
you can skip the instructions below and go ahead to install Windows® 7 OS.

You only have an ODD
(For Intel Skylake platforms only):
If there is an optical disc drive but no PS/2 ports on your computer, please enable the PS/2
Simulator option in UEFI SETUP UTILITY > Advanced > USB Configuration, which
allows the USB port to function as a PS/2 port, and then you can install the Windows® 7
OS. Please set PS/2 Simulator back to disabled after the installation.

You've got nothing:
If you do not have an optical disc drive, please find another computer and follow the
instructions below to create a new ISO file with the Win7 USB Patcher Then use the new
patched Windows® 7 installation USB drive to install Windows® 7 OS.

You are in the You've got nothing situation. Your only option is to use the Windows 7 USB patcher program to add the USB 3.0 driver to the Win 7 ISO installation media you are using.

I don't understand what the problem is.

It seems that you are running the Windows installation program (what version of Windows), but then the "program make me choice cd/dvd driver". What program is that?

Is the Windows installer asking you to install a driver program from from an optical drive?

There is no option to disable scanning for optical drives in your board's BIOS.

Have you looked in the Bios under Boot Manager to set your boot order? Have tried loading windows from a USB? (Using Rufus)

Okay, i need to reinstall windown, but when i follow it, program make me choice cd/dvd driver (i didnt have them actually connected at all). In previous motherbord (very old, didnt even remember name) i find this option in bios to deactivate scanning for cd/dvd or disable them, but in this bios i cant find same function.
