Hi all,

question is, is it possible to reinstall the same BIOS version that is already running on my MB? if so, do I proceed with the method used for updating the bios, as described on the ASRock's site (download the needed version on FAT32 USB and install through ASRock's Bios installer)? Does this process cause any damage to MB?
Is it practically reinstalling the bios version, or should I try some other method with the intent of reinstalling bios?
