I contact to support team, they said that May be "related to MCU IC that it can't be read or write into the rom"
But it's better to contact the support team, maybe you will get a good result

Hi
I wanted to keep the LED color fixed on one color with the ASRock polychrome sync program, but the program gave an error saying "No ASRock peripheral detected on this computer" and I could not change the LED color, on the official page of this product in the "FAQ" section was a firmware for LED. I downloaded it, which was compatible with this graphics card, but after running it, the color of the card suddenly became two colors, and after turn off/on the system, the light did not turn on.

With these definitions, please help me to solve this problem, thanks
