maybe ram sticks not fully inserted?

I just put together a new build with the X670E Taichi, 7800X3D and G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo 2x32gb. I can't seem to get any video signal out through the iGPU HDMI. I flashed to the 2.02 bios which shows a debug code of 30 which is not in the manual. The Asrock site shows System is waking up from S3 state (S3=Sleep) though for 30.
