The only more important connector is the water
pump though, they can draw more current than fans so it's best to connect them
to the recommended header on the board (any header labeled WP). Fans can be connected
to any header but for simplicity sake, if it's to cool the CPU, connect them to
a CPU fan header.

Unfortunately I do not have CPU_OPT connector on mine B550 Pro4.

How exactly I should connect mine AIO in that case?

4-pin connector from fans to CPU_FAN1
4-pin connector from pump to CPU_FAN2/WP
???

Thanks in advice.
