The problem was again isolated to the motherboard. I am now trying your trick of removing all the power. I don't expect a positive result however. It appears that I will be joining that group of dissatisfied AsRock consumers.<br>]]>

Did ASRock ask for this or the reseller? From what I was able to dig up ASRock prefers RMA requests be handled by the reseller so the registration of the product should be with them (newegg, amazon etc). You could send a support request and ask them directly I guess.</div>]]>

When I did my RMA they asked if I had registered my MB which I had not because I didn't see any place to do that.<br>Where can I go to register my new board?<br>Thanks again.<br><br>Tom<br>]]>
