Did the drive previously have Linux on it? Is the drive new?<div>Have you tried "delete" from the Windows custom installation menu once the drive appears?&nbsp;</div>]]>

Supplemental though even afer removing anf formatting (NTFS) the drive it still reporded as "grub error" which is more commonly associated with Linux OS.<br><br>Anything I need to know about this or any reason that you are aware of at all?<br><br>Thanks<br>GK<br><br><br>]]>

The problem is that Windows 7 does not have native USB drivers for the Intel 100 series chipset, the link I posted contains all the info you need to correct this.]]>
