I just bought a new Gaming K4 MB and have issues with it not posting sometimes.

When I turn it on it usually boots fine, but every 4 or 5 times it will not post.  The power comes on and all fans work, I see the BluRay disk activity light come on, but the front panel power LED does not light and no video..  The off/on button will not work.   If I unplug the the power cord or turn off the power supply from the back and wait 30 seconds it will usually post properly.
