IT WAS ON THE BIOS P1.10 AND I TRY TO FLASH THE NEW 2.30. Dead

CryCryCryCry   Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming K4/D3  that's the model of my MOBO that i just got a day ago, I i just finish installing everything and everything good, but it had an old bios P1.10  so i did the update INSIDE OF THE BIOS ON THE ISTAIN FLAH. 
The first part of the bios update uploaded good, it reach to 100%  then a second screen appear (dont remember what i said)  and then the third step of the bios update was going good until it reach to 10% and got froze in that part, I left the pc to run for 10 minutes   but it continue stuck on that part, not even the mouse could move, there was a message saying to not shut down the pc, but I press on the restart button and the pc got restarted but it didn't boot up again. :'(  

I don't know what to do now,  my pc doesn't turn on anymore, well it does turn on  but it restarts it self and it never shows anything on the screen. :'( 
 
IM OPEN TO ANY IDEAS. I KNOW THAT THERE IS A WAY TO REINSTALL THE BIOS  WITH AN USB STICK, AN I HOPE SOME OTHER WAYS. ANY IDEA IS GOOD, PLEASE HELP ME I FEEL SO BAD , I JUST GOT MY NEW MOBO A BROKE IT THE SECOND DAY, JUST BY RUNNING AN BIOS UPDATE. :'(
