I'm not sure what you mean by the details of the USB hub controllers. Also, the USB 3.0 specs are not the same for every ASRock mother board.

The X99 Extreme4 board uses the Intel USB 3.0 support. Any hub controllers add more USB 3.0 ports, some on the IO panel, others on your PC case, if it supports USB 3.0.
