That link was for USA support/RMA.</div><div><br></div><div>Edit: I have just sent an email to ASRock. There isn't an error code for "Unsupported CPU" so there likely wouldn't be a CPU specific code given the new CPUs are pin compatible to Haswell-E.&nbsp;<div><br></div><div>Your options are:&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>1. Take the board back to the retailer (assuming a physical store) or a Tech company and get them to flash the BIOS for you.</div><div>2. Borrow a Haswell-E CPU from a friend and flash to the latest version.</div><div>3. Order a preflashed BIOS chip from <a href="http://www.asrock.com/support/index.asp?cat=RMA" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">ASRock directly</a> and install it.</div><div><br></div><div>Your DR. Debug codes are in line with other users that did not have a supporting BIOS so I am fairly certain that is the issue. Sadly ASRock does not have an implementation that allows you to flash the BIOS without a supported CPU so the options listed above are your only real choices.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Good luck and let us know how it goes&nbsp;<img src="https://forum.asrock.com/smileys/smiley20.gif" border="0" alt="Thumbs Up" title="Thumbs Up" /></div><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Xaltar - 18 Jun 2016 at 11:48pm</span>]]>

I haven't updated the BIOS. Unless the MB has the newest BIOS from retailer I am probably on stock P1.00<div>I was kinda hoping I could boot into the BIOS to update it to support Broadwell-E.<br><div><br></div><div>If the problem was that the BIOS didn't support the CPU shouldn't I get a different error message?</div></div>]]>
