This is my first AMD build upgrading from i7 4790K,

New Specs

Mobo: Asrock b650m pg riptide wifi (on latest 2.06 beta Firmware)
cpu: Ryzen 7 7700x
Ram: DDR5, 2x16gb Fury X Kingston cl40 6000mhz
GPU: GTX 1070(OLD)
COOLER: Gamaxx 400 ex
Storage: 400gb Kingston 2.5" SSD + 2TB OF 2.5" HDD

1st Problem:

1st time booting on the board, 1st ramslot (A1) not working, DRAM and CPU Post status lit checker lit up (waited for 30minutes nothing happens)

Other Ram slot is ok, booted properly and got in to the bios....

I also change the voltage in ram but still the slot wont work



2nd problem:

Kingston 400gb SSD has my old OS installed on it, but it won't boot to windows,

Troubleshooting 1:
Disconnected other drive except the OS SSD but still wont boot to windows , still going straight to bios.

Troubleshooting 2:

All post status checker don't lit up, no indication of problem in the mobo.

After restarting from stuck black screen, it will just repeat the process still getting black screen.

Troubleshooting 3:
Disconnected GPU(GTX 1070) i use onboard gpu, now i will go straight to bios with no problem but It wont still go straight to windows.
I see my OS drive listed on the Mobo but it wont boot to windows, I can't enable CSM since im using iGPU.

Can you guys help me identify what could be the problem ? Can't seems find the problem online.
