It was NOT a good idea to post your board's serial number on the Internet in a forum anyone can access. Therefore, I changed the last three digits in your post. That was done for YOUR benefit.

Information like that is proprietary to ASRock, I don't have access to that information. The best I can tell you is to try submitting a message to the ASRock America support group, here:

I see you are in Singapore? ASRock may supply Singapore with stock shared with America. I suggest trying various ASRock support locations until you find the correct one. I have no reason to believe that ASRock Taiwan support would give you incorrect information.

I have an ASRock Z87 OC FORMULA board for which I've misplaced the invoice and can no longer recall where I've got it. The serial number is 37M0X3027xxx. Given that it was only released in 2013, and that the OC FORMULA series has 5 years warranty, this board should still be under warranty.
