Intel RAID or Windows 10?

If Intel RAID, then no, RAID support for PCIe SSDs as system disks is not available on X99 systems. You'll need a Skylake chipset (100 series) board for that.

If you would use Windows 10 "fake RAID", it might work, but not easy to do.

This board has one M.2 slot. You would need a PCIe slot adapter card to use a second 950 Pro.

I've used two 950 Pro's in (Intel) RAID 0 as the OS drive on an ASRock Z170 Extreme7+ board. It works but is NOT faster than using a single 950 Pro as the OS drive.

Yes the large file, sequential read and write speeds will be somewhat faster in RAID 0, but not twice the speed of one 950 Pro. If you work with very large files all the time, then it would save you a little bit of time, but booting an OS is about reading many smaller files. A single 950 Pro is faster than two in RAID 0 in small file read performance, as is always the case in RAID 0, for SATA drives too.

I now use single 950 Pros and other PCIe SSDs as the OS drives on my PCs. I would suggest that to anyone on any existing system.
