The PSU seems to work, I imagine you've checked the connections of the power cables many times.

vacaloca's suggestions are all good, I would only add, is your monitor set to automatically connect to any input? My monitors can do both, but I've found I need to set them manually to one input or another for some reason, whichever I'm using at the time with some video sources.

Did you try another video cable?

One thing that is not fun to check is bent pins in the CPU socket. You may be at that point if nothing else works.

I would also try another PSU if possible. I've used the Crucial memory you have, should be fine and I've never had a bad one out of six I have.

Beyond this, you may have a bad board, or one part of it is bad that is not allowing the video output to work. The video card test suggested is a good idea.

Did you try changing the video output port? e.g. Try DVI if you've tried with HDMI or vice versa? Is CPU seated correctly? You could also try using an PCI-E graphics card to see if you get video output that way, assuming you have one handy.

Here is my configuration: 

Case: Fractal Design Node 304
Motherboard: H170M-ITX/ac
PSU: SeaSonic G Series 550-Watt ATX12V/EPS12V
CPU: i5-6400T
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-L9x65
RAM: Crucial 2 x 4GB CT2K4G4DFS8213
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 120GB - mSATA 

The system powers on but no video output.  I attached a diagnostic speaker but apparently the speaker is disabled by default (which is not particularly helpful!).

Any suggestions?  Thanks!
