I'm not sure if your board has the UEFI/BIOS option to do that. It normally is done with an option called Goodnight LED.

That option could be in the Northbridge or Southbridge Configuration screens. The location has changed over the years so I can't say exactly where it might be.

Your board's manual does not seem to include this option, but it might have been added in a UEFI/BIOS update. What version are you using?

There is also a small chance that your board's ASRock Extreme Tuning Utility program has this option in it.
