Knowing what I know and just now doing a quick side by side comparison on cpu-world.com I personally would say yes.

Can I use an Athlon 64 X2 5600+ (ADO5600IAA5DO) in ALiveNF6G-VSTA motherboard?
This processor isn't found in the CPU support list:
