I believe some USB ports are provided by the
chipset and others are provided by a separate controller, Nuvoton I believe. If the
Nuvoton controller is damaged or dead that could be the cause behind your issue.
I think (can't say for sure as I can't read the model on the chip) it's the chip
next to the M.2 Wifi slot. You can check it for damage to the pins or the chip
itself.
The ports provided by the chipset shouldn't be effected at all so you still have
the option to use a USB hub if you need more ports, at worst, you can throw in
a PCIe x1 USB card.

No crossed pins, no any foreign objects in it.

Case cables? Maybe, but you read my post inattentivly.
I wrote that I connect another internal USB cardreader into USB_3_4, and it didn't work.

Board traces? Maybe, but these connectors goes out at one time, and case was closed ant nothing happens inside. No cockroaches/mouses/rats and so on.
Checking is a problem, because I have a lot of cables, almost all of them at a bottom - in that place.

So, I order USB3 cardreader (6$ is not a money). When it arrives, I'll write here.

Thanks again

Plugged devices looks like unpowered.

All USB ports into the BIOS are enabled. Try to swith them on/off - no effect.

Today I remember this situation, and try to load UEFI Defaults - clear all settings.
No effect at all. BIOS version is 4.70 - latest.
Ports at back of MB (rear panel) works fine. All of them, except C-port (I hasn't this devices), so I think controller and hubs works fine. Win11 reports one hub to all ports (USB 3.1 Root hub).

As I remember (but it's not exactly) - F_AUDIO connector not working too.

So - two questions:
1. Is it a damage of MB? Very strange damage. How to check it without visiting service?
2. How to check USB3 connectors without plugging devices? If they works, I simply buy USB3 racks to front panel and forget this situation at all.

Thanks.
