This is the proper fix.<br /><br />Alternatively, I ended up getting a replacement BIOS chip and I physically replaced the BIOS chip on that board, that solved my issue.  Not an ideal solution but shows BIOS corruption after update was my problem.<br /><br />Note that I was having an issue with not getting past BIOS post, others here are mentioning getting into Windows or just rebooting issues, that would not be the same issue I was having.<br /><br />]]>

Even got to the point where I was willing to install a clean version of Windows and tried booting from a USB and I get the logo flashed on the screen for a second and it looped. Once every like 20 new boots I get to the login, and try to quickly run a repair and after a few minutes it freezes and forces a restart. <br /><br />Any solves yet??????]]>

Sent email to support as well.<br /><br />System was working, flashed bios from v1.15 to v14.01.  No errors during update, after flash and reboot system does not boot past the logo/post screen.  I see the ASRock logo for a few seconds, along with "Press F2 to enter setup...", but it disappears shortly and reboots.  Can not enter BIOS or FLASH, stuck in this loop.<br /><br />Removed all peripherals, only CPU/RAM/VIDEO connected.  One stick of RAM, tried multiple slots.  Tried different RAM as well.<br /><br />Tried removing CMOS battery and using CMOS reset jumper for 10 mins, no change.<br /><br />Trying the 4 hour wait now but not holding my breath...]]>

Did You manage to resolve this in any way? I'm struck by the same problem. After latest bios update pc worked as intended for a copule of days and then suddenly same problem occurs. Quick Asrock logo showing and then pc is rebooting. DEL or F2 not working. Endless loop.]]>
