For the most part this is a User Supported board.


Having said that, your question is mighty vague considering the many flavors of Linux. Many kernels are current while some still lag.

Most have Live distros that can be gotten for free at https://distrowatch.com/ . Try a Live release of your choice, if available. Or, the Linux community is a very active and using Google should net you some favorable notes and posts.
