ASRock's site doesn't appear to have the latest drivers for everything and while I am able to find some of them at the vendor's sites ie Intel, I can't find all of them.

For example the ASmedia USB and SATA controllers.

I'm still running trusty Windows 7 64 bit.

Does Windows already have proper drivers for these devices, should I just use the older versions on ASRock's site or are there new ones available and if so, where can I find them? I checked out ASmedia's site and don't see anything there.
