Hello Tech-Support & Forum

I hope this email finds everyone well.

I am hoping someone might be able to provide a light in the dark place I am currently :)

Below is the list of the parts I am using for my build.

The issue I am having is when trying to install either Windows 7 or Windows 10, the system reboots itself either when the installer starts to load or after the first initial screen.

I have 3 Windows boot CD's and even got a download copy if Windows 10 on 2.0 UBS drive, and I get same results across the board.

I thinking it might be memory I went out and bought Crucial (4) 4GB DIMMS 2133 thinking I could be the speed of the original memory I purchased.

I even tried using a single DIMM in each of the 4 DIMM slots all with same results.

This is the original list of items I started with the build

  • ASRock Z170 Extreme4 p1.80
  • EVGA SuperSC DDR4 8GX-D4-3200
  • Intel i7-6700K
  • Corsair TX850W
  • Corsair H90 CPU Cooler
  • Samsung EVO 750 Boot Drive

If there is additional information I can provide or if there are suggestions I am open
