Asrock b450m/Ac storage detection issues

My b450m/Ac board wouldnt read Silicon Power 1TB A55 M.2 SSD 2280(SU001TBSS3A55M28AB. Ok great its probably not compatible. Then I'll try my WD blue SATA SSD 2.5 1tb drive (not formatted) from my old board into this one. The bios and windows media tool is not picking up any storage device at all. I've tried reinstalling windows media tool and different sata ports.

Please help. Thanks!
