Without enabling VMD I dont see the SK hynix nvme at all..not in lscpi, lshw, nvme list, dmesg, nothing however the BIOS sees the disk under Advanced->NVME.

Enabling VMD, I can go into the Intel RAID within the BIOS and see both disks but just enabling VMD without setting a raid level (something I dont want to do) causes lshw to see the disk controller but not the actual disk so it doesnt show under dmesg, lspci and nvme list.

Rolling back to 10.07 and everything is fine..the nvme shows up in lshw, lpci, dmesg, nvme list.

We are struggling here because we want to move forward to the 20.03 BIOS but this issue is a show stopper.

The U.2 connected Optane is fine..never any issues with that showing up.

Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks!
