Hi I have the Asrock H110m-itx/ac mb and for some reason whenever I try to update the drivers for intel onboard graphics, the screen immediately goes away, so whenever I reboot, I get the windows loading screen and then screen goes blank.

I am using windows 10 and I contacted microcenter and they say its a driver issue with asrock. So i contacted asrock and they dont even care. please help! The only way I can even use my comp is by going into safemode and uninstalling the intel graphics driver
