What is showing you that your network connection speed is 100Mb/s, and not 1000Mb/s?

Is the connection between your router or switch and the PC a 1000Mb/s connection?

It's possible that a power saving option in the E2200 Properties is reducing the speed to 100Mb/s.

I'm surprised there is no speed option in the Properties of the E2200.

If you are using Windows 10, and have updated the E2200 driver, that can cause problems. If that applies to you, take a look at this guide:
