Author: ALF
Subject: 3405
Posted: 09 Sep 2016 at 3:05am

Hi All,
Just bought a new computer to replace my old one which was 8 or so years old. it has a ASRock x99 Taichi with an INTEL 6 core I-7 6800K. I've had it for about 3 weeks no and have had nothing but problems. My local computer builder has suggested that I should try to re-flash the UEFI. I've tried this using the internet flash function in the UEFI setup. It comes back with a message that I already have the most current version and won't go any further. Therefore I need a link to a downloadable copy of P1.40 UEFI. I have searched the ASrock web site for several hours with no success. Can anyone give me some direction to where I might find said downloadable flash image? This is the first motherboard that I've had a problem with and also the first with UEFI/BIOS. Thanks.
