My source for the bottom of mother board pictures is usually Newegg, that usually has an underside view of mother boards. They must do their own photography.

The potential problem with components in the way of CPU cooler back plates is not as bad as it used to be, at least on Intel boards. Plus most CPU cooler manufactures have designed the back plates now to be less likely to touch components and pins on the bottom of boards.

AMD boards are very different than Intel boards when it comes to CPU cooler mounting. AMD's method of mounting their stock coolers, and their CPU socket design, make them completely incompatible with CPU coolers mounting designs for Intel based boards. Some CPU coolers include AMD mounting hardware, but you must check that it is compatible with the AMD board you are using.

It is not too hard to add some spacers or washers to create clearance for back plates or other mounting hardware, like you said. You can find plastic or rubber washers at hardware stores that will work, as long that the screws are long enough too. Just be sure the spacers you use cannot be compressed easily, soft ones won't work well.
You must remove the standard AMD CPU cooler mounting brackets on the board, and then there will be four holes in the board. There are no push pins used on AMD boards, as push pins are normally defined as what is used on Intel stock CPU coolers. This board may have "push rivets" to hold the AMD cooler mounting brackets in place. Other ASRock AMD board have screws and nuts that hold the brackets in place.

Next, an "ordinary retention CPU plate" does not exist. Intel has multiple hole spacing on their various platforms. That has been standardized with their 115x mounting spacing, but that does not apply to all Intel boards.

None of the Intel 115x or other styles of Intel mounting hardware and "retention CPU plate", which I assume you mean back plates, will work with AMD boards.

Also, I have never seen an ordinary or standard style or shape of a CPU cooler backplate. Every CPU cooler I have used, even for Intel boards, has a different style of back plate.

AMD boards require more specialized CPU cooler mounting brackets and back plates. So any random CPU cooler is NOT guaranteed to be usable with this or any AMD board. You will need to search for AMD CPU coolers compatible with FM2/FM2+ CPU sockets.

Finally a picture of the bottom of this board. Whether or not components will interfere with an FM2/FM2+ back plate, or whatever is used for a compatible cooler, will depend upon the cooler itself.
