I managed to press "yes" for the TPM problem and the PC restarted, but nothing happened, I shut it down after waiting. Now I boot it up but get no video signal at all...

Hello all,

As the previous one died, I bought a B450M-HDV R4.0 motherboard. I unfortunately can't go after the splash screen (saying "ASRock" without loading icon). I only have the options "Press F2 or DEL to run UEFI Setup" & "Press F11 for Boot Menu".
I can press F2 or F11 and come across the "corrupted fTPM..." message, which I look up online, and pressed "Y", but it did nothing, I could only shut down the machine. I can press "N" and it stays the same as well.
This problem impeach me to access Windows or the BIOS.

Most of the time, there is not even a signal, so no display on screen...
If I cut off the power and turn it on, I have the black screen with "_" flashing indefinitely in the left upper corner.

I obviously unplugged all USB devices, tried to remove the battery, and clear the CMOS by touching the pins, but nothing changed.
I searched online for this problem, and the only cause of this would have been updating the BIOS with an incompatible CPU, but I didn't update the BIOS.

My specs:
- B450M-HDV R4.0
- Ryzen 2600X
- GTX 970 & GTX 1070 (used for testing)
- 1 * 16gb DDR4
