MB: ASRock B650M PG RIPTIDE WIFI - (BIOS 1.24)

CPU: ryzen 7950x3d

RAM: G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo Series AMD EXPO 16GB X 4 (64GB)

So I got this mobo as a replacement for my old one because I thought it was dead, turns out it was the CPU. First problem is that the chasis fans are not spinning. So, I tried to update the bios, but when I try to do the instant flash, the pc just restarts and it doesn't upgrade the bios. I tried all the bios versions after mine with the same results.
