Never mind.

that's how it works, it's an Intel marketing gimmick it does not throttle the CPU to 3.9GHZ
Something to do with single core turbo

Hello,

Can anyone comment on why the Turbo is not increasing to 3.9GHZ
Also it just stays at 3.6GHZ, shouldn't it idle at 3.5GHZ
I tried running the ram at 2133MHZ AUTO but no go.
Stressing it to 100% with CPUz
I do not wish to overclock this system, but wondering what the issue is.
