Hello,

I had a question about EPYC3251D4I-2T.
The cpu is running very hot (96C) while performing memtest. Is this somehow solvable?

While running Memtest 86+ v7.00
* CPU becomes very hot, up to 96C
* When the CPU gets hot, there are a lot of ECC errors (>1000)
* Occasional "Unexpected interrupt on CPU 4" reported by memtest

System was running fine for two years with 64Gb KTH-PL424/32G memory.
Updated bios from 1.10 to 1.20 to support newer memory (HMA84GR7AFR4N)
System (truenas install) was occasionally showing ECC issues.
While testing the memory both old and new memory sticks now show errors.
