One card still have the Dell's firmware and the other has been flashed with the IT firmware. I tried to install both cards (one at a time) and could not access it's BIOS. I have spent hours looking through the mobo's BIOS settings but still couldn't figure out how to access the RAID card's bios. I can see the card in Windows' device manager. But the system doesn't see any of the HDDs connected to the card. can someone please help?
