One card still have the Dell's firmware and the other has been flashed with the IT firmware. I tried to install both cards (one at a time) and could not access it's BIOS. I have spent hours looking through the mobo's BIOS settings but still couldn't figure out how to access the RAID card's bios. I can see the card in Windows' device manager. But the system doesn't see any of the HDDs connected to the card. can someone please help? Thank you very much in advance.]]>
